These Terms govern access to and use of the MindElevate High website, courses, workshops, and related materials. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Our programs are designed for adults. By using our services, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Accounts and Access

  1. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
  2. You are responsible for activities under your account.
  3. We may suspend or limit access where necessary for security or compliance.

4. Services and Changes

We may update content, schedules, or features to improve quality or comply with regulations. Material changes will be communicated via the site or email.

5. Acceptable Use

  1. No unlawful or harmful activities.
  2. No attempts to disrupt, bypass, or misuse access controls.
  3. No unauthorized sharing of course materials or logins.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, media, and program structures, is owned by MindElevate High or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use materials for personal learning while subscribed.

7. Fees and Billing

Prices are shown at checkout and may change prospectively. You authorize recurring charges for subscriptions until you cancel in line with Section 9.

Our materials are for educational purposes. Outcomes vary by individual; we do not provide medical, legal, or other professional advice. No promises of specific results are made.

9. Service Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation by You: You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time via account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
  2. Refunds: For subscriptions, refunds are generally not issued for partial periods already started. If a material issue prevents reasonable use, contact support within 14 days and we will assess the situation.
  3. One-off Programs/Workshops: For scheduled events, you may request cancellation up to 7 days before the start; in such cases, a credit or refund may be offered at our discretion.
  4. Consumer Rights: If you act as a consumer in the EEA, statutory rights (e.g., withdrawal rules) may apply. Where the program begins with your explicit request before the withdrawal period ends, the right may be affected as permitted by law.
  5. How to Request: Email support@mindelevatehigh.com with your account email, purchase date, and reason. We may request additional details to process the request.

10. Term and Termination

These Terms apply while you use the services. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risks to the platform.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or incidental damages. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

12. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Competent courts in Prague shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer venues where applicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the site or by email.
